Mediator Skills Training
Our Mediator Skills Training course is a comprehensive 5-day program that focuses on civil and commercial mediation. This course is offered in multiple locations for your convenience. During the final two days of the course, you will undergo assessments that are essential for obtaining CEDR accreditation. There are no specific entry requirements for this course, except for a strong command of business English.

Employment and Workplace Mediator Skills Training
We also offer a comprehensive Employment and Workplace Mediator Skills Training course that is divided into two modules. Upon successfully completing the second module, you will receive CEDR accreditation. This course is similar to the civil and commercial course, as it shares the same learning outcomes and objectives. However, the Employment and Workplace course places a greater emphasis on workplace conflict and is specifically designed to address the unique challenges that arise in a work environment.
