Tony Allen
CEDR Senior Consultant and CMC Emeritus Fellow, Tony is a renowned authority on mediation. A former long-serving Director at CEDR and an experienced mediator, he played a key role in advancing mediation in clinical negligence and personal injury disputes. Tony has authored several books on mediation law, most recently the third edition of Mediation Law and Civil Practice (Bloomsbury Publishing).
Amrik Kandola
CEDR Chambers Mediator and Legal Consultant, Amrik brings almost 30 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution, working with clients ranging from SMEs to FTSE 100 companies. He has extensive experience across a broad range of commercial sectors and was named Civil/Commercial Mediator of the Year 2023 at the National Mediation Awards (NMA) in 2022. He is also the current ADR Member to the Civil Justice Council.
