In most mediations, the cost of the mediation is split between the parties equally.
In almost all mediations, the parties will split the cost of the mediation equally between them. This is agreed before the mediation takes place and the parties will be invoiced in this way by CEDR.
In certain cases, for example, in a mediation between an organisation and an employee, one party may pay for the entire mediation or in some other split than 50:50. This would be agreed in advance between the parties and with CEDR.
CEDR also offers a fixed-fee service you can learn more about this here.
