      What happens if I fail my Mediator Skills Training assessment?

      Your course manager will be in touch to discuss your results. Please read below for more information.

      For those who miss out on accreditation by a very small margin, we may offer the discretional opportunity for re-assessment, details of which would be included in your results pack should this apply to you.

      Our courses are designed to support your growth by providing continuous feedback throughout your learning journey. This feedback will help you prepare for your assessment days as you will have ample practice throughout the course. Our experienced trainers and faculty are available to answer any questions you may have.

      To increase your chances of success, we highly recommend reading your course materials before the training begins. This will help you prepare effectively and make the most out of your learning journey.

      We recommend allocating approximately 8 hours to read and familiarise yourself with the handbook, and an additional 8 hours to review the course folder, background information, and confidential papers for the case studies.
