How should I prepare for the role-plays?

In order for all participants to get the most from the role-play sessions, it is important that you prepare for both the general and confidential information for all role-plays thoroughly in advance of each day.

You do not need to memorise this information, but you should be familiar enough with the content to be able to play the role realistically.
