      How many participants will be on the Mediator Skills Training course?

      Our courses have either 12 or 18 participants, dependant on location.

      Trainer to participant ratio

      During training days, the ratio of trainer to participant is 1 to 6, allowing for personalized attention. During coaching and assessment days, this ratio becomes even more favorable at 1 to 4.
