I am interested in workplace conflict; will I miss out on any important teachings if I do the civil and commercial course?

The skills and techniques you acquire during the civil and commercial course can be applied to any conflict situation you may encounter.

The main distinction between Employment and Workplace Mediator Skills Training and Mediator Skills Training lies in the focus of the exercises, roleplays, and case studies. The former centers around typical workplace and employment conflicts and disputes, while the latter pertains to a broader range of business disputes.

The accreditation

The accreditation for both Employment and Workplace Mediator Skills Training and Mediator Skills Training remains the same, as long as module 2 is completed in employment workplace training.
