      What reading can I do to help prepare me for this course?

      We will provide you with all the necessary information to gain a comprehensive understanding of the skills utilised in mediation before you begin your course. Access to course materials is given eight weeks prior to your course start date*.

      Preparation for the course

      To ensure you are well-prepared, we recommend allocating approximately 8 hours to read and familiarise yourself with the handbook, and an additional 8 hours to review the course folder, background information, and confidential papers for the case studies. 

      Additional reading 

      If you are interested in expanding your knowledge on mediation before attending the course, we completely understand. Take a moment to watch a short video where our trainers recommend some great books on the topic.
