Is there a fee to include CEDR as the dispute resolution provider in our agreement/contract?

Including CEDR as a dispute resolution provider in a business-business contract does not incur a fee, however CEDR may charge for any activation of the clause.

CEDR offers a range of model clauses for business-business contracts that offer certainty on dispute resolution process.  There is no charge to use these clauses or refer to CEDR as a dispute resolution provider.

If a clause is activated and a dispute resolution process begins, then you will be liable for CEDR's dispute resolution fees.

CEDR also operates a number of mediation schemes for large organisations and industries.  If you are interested in developing a scheme, please contact us at adr@cedr.com

You can see CEDR's model mediation documents here.
