No prior experience is required to attend the Mediator Skills Training course.
During the first three days of the course, you will be guided through the mediation process and learn the essential skills necessary to effectively conduct a mediation. This hands-on training will provide you with plenty of opportunities to practice and receive feedback.
Proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite for attending the Mediator Skills Training course.
This course is designed for individuals who have a proficiency level of B2 or higher, using the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) levels.

Upon receipt of full payment, you will gain access to our online training portal. This portal provides all the necessary preparatory materials for the course, including the highly informative CEDR Mediator Handbook.
Preparation for the course
To ensure you are well-prepared, we recommend allocating approximately 8 hours to read and familiarise yourself with the handbook, and an additional 8 hours to review the course folder, background information, and confidential papers for the case studies.
